Own growth at TownSquare: KOL, community, content and performance. Turn product launches into compounding distribution and measurable TVL inflows.

About the role

You'll lead the marketing function end-to-end — narrative, KOL programs, paid acquisition, community, and lifecycle. The bar is institutional-grade brand with the speed of a crypto-native team. We obsess over conversion to deposits, not vanity metrics.

What you’ll do

  • Own quarterly growth targets tied to TVL, depositors and active wallets.
  • Design and run KOL campaigns: sourcing, briefing, contracts, tracking and ROI.
  • Lead content velocity across X, Discord, blog, video and long-form research.
  • Run launch campaigns for new vaults, integrations and chain expansions.
  • Manage performance channels and attribution across web, app and onchain funnels.
  • Partner with BD and Capital Formation on co-marketing with chains, protocols and funds.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years leading growth or marketing at a crypto protocol, exchange, wallet or top-tier crypto media.
  • Proven KOL playbook — you have a roster, you know rates, you measure outcomes.
  • Hands-on with analytics: Dune, GA, Mixpanel, attribution and cohort analysis.
  • Sharp written voice in English; you can edit ruthlessly and write yourself.
  • Strong product taste and ability to brief design and engineering.

Nice to have

  • Existing distribution: Twitter following, newsletter, or a podcast.
  • Experience scaling community programs (ambassadors, quests, points).
  • Prior work on stablecoin, lending or yield product launches.
